Every preschooler perfectly well understands fairness, empathy, and kindness, and nothing about the primitive religious bullshit they will likely be taught to displace these in-born moral and pro-social intuitions. Ethics is nothing more than being true to a 3-year old’s ideas about human decency.

We got here by believing preposterous nonsense throughout history.
