A judge should ask the DOJ if ICE grabbed the judge and deported them to El Salvador, what recourse would the judge have to return?

If the administration determines this dude must go immediately because of "national security" and the "foreign policy of the US" then any adverse ruling from a judge is also inhibiting the national security and the interests and that he/she must go as well. Is that how this works?

As someone else wrote, the entire activity here needs to be shut down because it is inherently unconstitutional. It's not just a matter of ensuring i's are dotted as t's crossed.

Yes. Bring them all back. "Due process"needs to be on repeat over and over. And spread Franklin's quote with it. This is against the very foundations of this country. It took us a bit, but we were improving. Now look at us. This is slavery.
