If the administration determines this dude must go immediately because of "national security" and the "foreign policy of the US" then any adverse ruling from a judge is also inhibiting the national security and the interests and that he/she must go as well. Is that how this works?
As someone else wrote, the entire activity here needs to be shut down because it is inherently unconstitutional. It's not just a matter of ensuring i's are dotted as t's crossed.
