The whole concept of sovereign immunity comes from the Kingdom and not the Constitution. Just a ridiculous concept along with qualified immunity.

It is insulting to any of us that the deities on the court peddle this stuff as if it is the logical conclusion of an intellectual effort. Citizens can read plain words and understand plain concepts and these guys use fake intellectualism to poke us in the eye.

I have basically always taken for granted that the law made us different and mattered and the brazenness of the court to just make stuff up is dispiriting.

These broad immunity concepts are pretty dangerous and any group that feels outside of the law is bound to abuse that status.
