I can't agree with many of the comments made in this thread. Not a huge fan of H Jeffries; his communication style is bureaucrat-wonky, true. That said, is there another rep willing to do the hard work to replace him? Other Ds seem to be comfy sitting back & letting Jeffries take the hits.
