I’d do this in my air fryer but without so much bbq sauce. It’s unnecessary. I’ve roasted chickens, made a casserole with egg noodles, & much much more. I use my AF at least 2 twice a day.

I do chick breasts, thick pork steaks in my AF all the time. But you don’t need to dump in the sauce. Coat it like using a bbq and it’s delicious. I love my AF.
I’m trying to get off of eating sliced bread so I’m trying different types of flatbreads. Through trial& error, I’ve finally figured out best features for me. Reheat @ 350f either 10 mins if frozen raw or 3 mins if frozen pre cooked.
Flat bread (and left over pizza) is great!
