Went back to read … tax liens don’t typically kick in until after 3yrs. I wonder if his tenants didn’t give him the mail???

For anyone of advancing age who doesn't have auto pay and whose setup for essential service like mail are unreliable or unstable (say he got a new tenant who was just a little less responsible than the last)...very clearly this is nightmare fuel for any and all!
