Mindjammer has some amazing star system tables that I love. But the weirdest one I know of is where they just took the DSM chart of mental illness (and its as problematic as you might think it would be) as a trauma table in Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles and other Strangeness 1st ed

A table of DSM traumas transplaced into rolls. Under Sexual Deviation, Homosexuality is a possible result of Neurosis.
