Same! My family carries this gene for lumpy fat deposits. My paternal grandfather's arms were lumpy, and my dad had chest full of wide, deeply submerged bumps. Before we knew what it was they were testing him for both Elephant Man's disease and widespread tumour growth. Did they ever mention it? NO.
