No, Obama had a 60% majority for a short timev in 2009, not long enough, and subsequent presidents did not: they were subject to filibusters except for limited types of bills. Stop making snotty remarks, especially when the facts do not support them. Gotta blockya.

LBJ was the last president of any party to have SUPERmajorities in BOTH houses of Congress.

Carter did have a ⅔ supermajority at first, so he was able to pass a Constitutional amendment, but it wasn't ratified so it died. He had many other accomplishments but he inherited stagflation (and here we go again, unless tariffs are reversed). He succeeded with energy & other Platform items.
