@governor.ca.gov I believe the Penal Code in California requires peace officers to reveal their identity and agency when acting in the public, doesn’t it?

Can’t they just remove it under 28 U.S.C. § 1442?

Oh I’m sure. That or something. But they will get a hearing and they will continue to educate people about this and make a fuss and slow everything down. In a weird way that sort of thing maybe how we will win, if that happens all over everywhere.
