The driver monitoring ensures you are not messing around. I have the old version of FSD, once enabled the cabin camera, steering well torque sensor, seat sensor ensure that you are paying attention. If not autopilot is disabled for the drive. If you continue to misbehave, disabled for weeks.
I mean, I can't possibly argue when you have a surname like that.
Can I argue despite the surname then? Plenty of people use defeats, from steering wheel weights to water bottles jammed in the steering wheel, to tape over the camera to sunglasses... To be fair, maybe Tesla has improved their vigilance for this kind of thing.
