there's an "advanced protection" mode or something like that which blocks our video service, you can just turn that part off

There's an inconsistency in the overall design I can't quite put my finger on. Social media should mimic a normal social environment in a perfect world. Maybe it's economic stratification that filters randos from contacting you IRL?
