If mass reporting worked you would be able to remove list makers. The accounts usually have few followers, no engagements just block lists. The feature ruins the experience for so many users. At some point BlueSky will have to address the abuse of this feature. A block should remove user from list

I've been here for over a year. The unfettered ability to make block lists, follow lists, add to moderation lists as this account has done to you has created a in some ways a bigger mess (imo) than other platforms. This is the best we have, I think, but I'm concerned what it will turn into.
If users don’t know enough to review the accounts on the lists to determine for themselves if they want to follow then I don’t care. Using my alt account lets me know who is blocking me and potentially why.

What does lead to immediate suspensions? Inauthentic behavior, like running multiple accounts for the same purpose or impersonation accounts, can cause this. Our improved anti-spam tooling can surface rings of inauthentic coordinated behavior that may not be as obvious at face value.

I’ve reported a person for creating 30 accounts & adding me each time. I picked up on it when I had 3 follows all with the same person in the profile pic all with the name Logan in it. Nothing has been done about it. 30 accounts & that’s not including the initial ones before I realised the problem.

Nah then it'd be used as a way for people to make others out as bad individuals and prevent people seeing their posts even when it's false reports. Basically a weaponized label.
Don’t hide the post or anything, just a label on the account or post like in the image below. There’s no censorship for mass-flagging other than a warning. And users should be able to disable the warning labels if they wish (not for the labeled account but the user viewing them)
And once the post has been cleared/checked by the mods (which takes roughly half an hour) and it’s all good the label will disappear

I have questions on what counts as spam. As a fundraiser for a small registered charity sharing often is a strategy to keep the fundraiser alive in people’s minds and hopefully reach donors. Should I be aware of a limit? Once a day, once a week?
Also questioning about follow farming? It’s not like more followers and engagement = money here like tick tok or Facebook. And starter packs make it easy to build followers fast. What about limiting the packs both in numbers to follow and how many packs allowed posted.
And needing permission from both parties before someone is added to the pack. Aka: thisguy has added you to Cool People Pack, Accept or Decline. Idk. I have hard times understanding rules if there’s grey areas.
And if a certain tool is available to use, some people are just naturally going to be better at using it. So clear limits should be applied.

No it doesn’t mean that. What it means is no matter how few or many people report something, it will be looked at by a human before action is taken. More reports may prioritize a review. Automated action is only taken against suspected spam/fake/bot accounts, otherwise they could never keep up.

In terms of suspensions, it seems like you guys don't do literally anything. Does anyone have proof of them suspending an account that violates their guidelines? I have yet to see one. Grateful for the moderation tools, though.

we know. but filters also needs to be adjusted and you seem to be forgetting this platform is rather new and they got tons of things to fix constantly. the best advice is to post whatever the issue is and just wait. no point in keep trying to find causes or try posting things to see what happens.
