I will never understand how some people can seriously believe that the moderation team of any kind of site would contact them via DISCORD.

5/6 Never change the email on your account to one you don't control. Someone can then request a password reset to that email and take over your account. Additionally, verify your account email if you havenβt already. Settings > Account > Email.
Why are you allowing hostile accounts like this , who run lists that hurts accounts just run wild. They added me because I reported them for what they are, platform manipulators who are damaging the users that you are here to protect.

I deal with this every day at my job. Happy to collaborate with your team if I can be of any help. We all have to fight these scammers together. This is the biggest game they run on our platform too.

Also the account @palomar.bsky.social is 100 percent not a human being and troll bot. They have 4 posts and 1.7 million accounts blocked.

Hey can you please do something about these moderation lister accounts and labelers harrasing everyone? Like @skywatch.blue for example? How is putting people on block lists for using blue heart emoji not harassing and against terms of service?

I found out I was on one of those lists as a supposed bot. Super annoying as I basically share legal documents (with explanations and my opinions) and live post hearings, it takes a lot of work and I have no idea how it can come across as bot-like?!
Doesn't sound bot like to me either! I don't know, there is many forces at work in this world not all of them are out to do good. Some people are abusing the moderation lists it's been problem on here for a long time now.

You really need to fix the problem that seems to be affecting some users, whereby having enabled 2FA, the system stops emailing them authorisation codes. I have an outstanding support ticket for this that's a month old. I've exchanged emails with support but it's very slow.

It was enabling 2FA that caused the problem. Oh this platform you get your 2FA authentication code by email. If it stops sending the 2FA codes, as it had done, you're locked out and can't turn 2FA off. The only other path is to change your email address, which requires a 2FA code. Zero support.
