One of my favorite Saints 😍 and may we find Him in all human beings. I saw this NPR story and photo and can't erase it from my mind. Is it me or does it remind you of the Madonna and Child. . . honestly I've been crying for days.

If you're ever in Pasadena, California (or haven't done so already), be sure to see Peter Paul Rubens painting of St. Ignatius. I was startled to see it up close as I'm sure it was meant for a more distant placement in its original location, Il Gesu in Rome.
