This isn’t actually substantial — it’s going to lose. He’s just symbolically opposing it and that’s all well and good! No issues with the approach at all. But it is literally a stunt.

Oh I know and it's only marginally better than a sternly worded letter or a stop on The View. Dude can't oppose diddly squat or get the party to stop voting for sycophants but we're the bad ones for calling out his weak ass response to date.
