This reminds me- I’ve been considering doing a Mardi Gras Réveillon. Kinda mashing up Christmas and Carnival traditions. Everybody is always so busy Christmas Eve, but overnight into Fat Tuesday might be interesting. I’d like your thoughts on that.

In Rio, Révellion on the beach is associated with the orisha known as Iemanjá in the Candomblé faith. She is also revered in Umbanda, Santeria and Louisiana Voodoo:
