That's why I say we need to IMPEACH JDV before DJT dies. Then we get Johnson but he's not evil enough to do as much damage in two years

In that scenario the President nominates a new VP that has to be confirmed by Congress. If that fails to happen the position just stays empty (which has happened in the past). But then, yes, if the President is removed/dies we would get Johnson if the VP role isn’t filled.
