Stop trying, they’re not thinking about you or anyone 😞
No illusions there but hate rots the hater. Would rather not give them my attention at all.
I try to, but have decided I will no longer listen to any preacher or "man of god" who justifies tax cuts for the rich then blocks raising the minimum wage.
They justify tax cuts for the rich because they are the rich… Maybe there are some good leaders in religion but from the outside looking in, at least in America, religious leaders are just hoarding wealth. They don’t care about the poor and needy. All talk, no walk…
There are good churches walking the walk. Some of them being targeted by hateful laws telling them they are not allowed to shelter people or feed them.
Yep
There are some but at this point it feels like there are outliers. I don’t think anyone who preaches the word of god should have a net worth more than the majority of their congregation. Once they are private jet wealthy, they are definitely not in it for the greater good.
A Billionaire +/- Preacher Kenneth Copeland built a home/palace worth over $20,000,000 in rural Texas a few years ago. Then he got his first property tax bill for $150,000. He had the Televangelist Church he owns buy it for a $1, then declare it his church's parsonage, which are tax free.
How Christian of him.
Very Christian indeed.. the best
😡😡😡
You can add the 68M+ entitled nonvoters to the list of people you're trying not to hate. It's my daily struggle.
This meme says it well.
