/2 DPS officers are the who, according to a couple of sources. Which law allows the Department of Public Safety to enforce House Rules is as yet unclear to me, tho. What those DPS officers are permitted or required to do is still unclear in any reporting I've found
Yeah, we were *there*, and it was a total mystery. We were told to call the Speaker of the House (or whatever the title is) and prevail upon him to change the House rules, and we were not told that legal action to secure her release was immediately forthcoming. It's just thuggist bullshit.
