If all drivers of EVs used 1 pedal driving, tire dust would be significantly less than ICE vehicles. I have almost 8K miles on my Leaf. The ties look like new.

The research I have read suggests that EVs generate somewhat more tire dust. But, in this case, literally, YMMV. 😃

Bumper car mode is not regen. When I hit the brakes in my EV it regens into the battery at up to 290 kW. It only applies the physical brakes if I press the brake pedal hard enough to decelerate faster than .4G. "One pedal" only exists because tesla didn't have the technical chops to blend braking.
