It was always going to be a success. Ideology doesn't care about facts. I wish their idealogy found a more productive use for $5miliion though.

I know the factors are manifold but subsidizing laptops in schools might have gone some way to reduce today's truancy rates. Not having the right gear: stationery, uniform, lunch is a major contributor to kids staying away from school and idle teens will always find some way to expend their energy.
