This is one case where it's hard to predict, since they said only a few months ago that the Fed was protected from political firings. And fighting back hard, and getting good lower court rulings, are important. Force the Court to choose openly; don't concede without a fight.

I look forward to her decision, which references what the Supreme Court already said about the FED (that members of the Federal Reserve have greater protection against being fired by the president compared to leaders of other federal agencies) … BEFORE the case gets to the Supreme Court.
I don't think the basis of the charge has standing. She listed two properties as "principal" residences, not "primary" residences. Semantically, she is correct and there is no case IMO.
