Law enforcement in this nation is a joke, we see it playing out on the news every night. Whatever happened to protect and serve? That got traded for falsely accuse and detain.

Hodges takes the cane, which is folded up, out of his back pocket to show her it is not a gun. Gohde tells Hodges he is being a "dick" when he questions why she stopped him. both officers proceed to handcuff and arrest him. During the arrest, Harrison asks if Hodges is legally blind and he says yes

I do not feel these deputies actions were guided with ill intent, the chief said. It was the frustration and failure to rely on their training???? No, there was ill intent and a bit of racism thrown in for good luck.
