This the job of the ECHR. (Which is why bigoted MPs ate trying to convince the population that the UK needs to leave the ECHR. 🤷😡)

That’s a mill that grinds very slowly, sadly, and more holds a country’s legal system to account rather than named (and probably retired) judges… five years (ish) to a decision and then….
