If SCOTUS reverses the Appeals Court’s ruling, giving the power to tax and tariff to the executive branch, can someone tell me exactly what we need a Congress for? Trump writes the budget. Trump writes new legislation. Seems like they’re no longer needed.
With, what appears to be Trump’s soon to be demise, SCOTUS should start doing their job without fear of reprisals.
