Phoenix City Gov't A.) more trees ! B.) higher water bills ! I can't afford to water the trees in my yard, amount of water which kept them alive 10 years ago is no longer enough We've lost 8 trees in the past couple of years, looks like a couple more now failing Water rates have gone up again
