A horse died last month. Another bolted through Central Park, hit a sign and dragged a carriage while passengers jumped this weekend. Ryder’s Law would ban horse carriages but @lynn4nyc.bsky.social, @nycspeakeradams.bsky.social & @council.nyc.gov are blocking a vote. Pass it now. #RydersLaw
