That fad of saying "not surprised" needs to die out. It normalizes abhorrent & illegal behavior. I'd rather see LDS laid out for public scrutiny & legal consequences for every assault. People need to know how often this happens. Utah A-hole just lowered age of consent to cover for child rapist.
