Well, if farage had been dealt with after inciting those riots last year, none of this would be happening. I thought seeing all those arrested after the riots would have been a warning to others, but it looks like plenty still aren't capable of getting it.
His base don't think they've done anything wrong. And sending so many to prison just made them more determined. Loss of freedom over fighting for something they see as justified just gained them more support. Labour need to stop ignoring this and do something!
From what I can tell, these protests are nowhere near the scale of last years riots & counter protesters are out numbering them, so I'm taking a tiny amount of comfort from that.
That is the only upside, & 4 years until the next election. The government, opposition, the media & other experts need to scrutinise every policy the have. None of them will work & that needs to be shouted from the roof tops. Most of them don't know what's in store for them if he gets in!

Absolutely. The only problem is that they want reform in, they know it will be chaos, which sells. Boring politics doesn't. They did the same in the US.
Feels to me like it might be a bit more than just the opportunity to sell more papers. It's all very worrying.
