Republicans KNEW all along that cuts to NIH grants would kill people, but they clapped their hands in glee at doing it b/c they were sticking it to the libs. NOW they realize- ooops- it will hurt them too. Suddenly want to take it back and lets forget about how we were ok with killing YOU guys...
