I'm almost certain that the reverses events. First Trump, probably misspeaking, said that Alabama was in the storm's path, then the NWS clarified that it wasn't, and *then* Trump modified the map with a sharpie to "prove" that he'd been right when he misspoke, because he cannot admit error.
This is what actually happened. Who are the people who believe otherwise, and why?
