Deadly Alliance is a W, but the lack of Deception and Armageddon gives me pause they should have just done a pre-Deadly Alliance release and then a DA/D/A collection release if they didn't want to include the others I think they'd have made this a must-buy for me if they were included

Also. Shaolin Monks should not be forgotten. Sure, it stars the most boring MK characters, which is probably why nobody bought it, but as a beat-em-up it was genuinely pretty great and I'd like to see them dip into that well again. just... do sub-zero and scorpion next time
Shaolin Monks was the only game that could have made me care about this collection. I don't like how MK controls but the thought of a beat em up with different controls in that world is interesting.
and shaolin monks is genuinely pretty great (or, at least I thought so when it was new and played all the way through it with my brother in law). MK can feel so different depending on era fr. I love the modern games most but the gamecube era entries were awesome as a whole. arcade ones less so imo
To be fair, I never tried a 6th gen Mortal Kombat, I could only get M rated games if I gave my older sister the money then ate weird things like grass or a strawberry stem for her and MK wasn't worth it. But always hated how the 90's and post MK8 games felt, though in different ways.
Those Game Boy Advance games were added as bonus material, because we could do that. We could have given people fewer games...but why not throw in the ones we could, especially when you only have to play the ones that interest you? :)
