i didn’t even have to say the name of my game for you to know. that’s a cultural phenomenon right there. at the end of the day my money is on one of those two games.

I mean sure, but I also pay attention to releases and know when silksong is (I admit, I kind of lost a lot of my hype for silksong over the years. it's coming back a little though now that it's actually happening)

Hearing the game took 7 years because it was in developmental heaven has me primed for a 2D upset. I heard someone else say Bananza was going to steal it from E33. At least i’m a little more grounded than that fella.

I loved Bananza. But I'd be pretty mad if it stole from GOTY from E33 I say knowing full well I very much wanted Odyssey to win in 17 (actually should've been Persona 5) & Psychonauts 2 in 21 (which it should have been, that game is goated) lowkey the distance between my #1 and #2 is big here lol
