Honestly yeah, like coming from a very puritanical household… fuck so much pointless shit caused me so much stress and anxiety. It’s kind of what made “Trigger Warnings” such a meme. We have had them since the 90s… just use them don’t make them more dramatic or whatever. They already existed.
