It has. Texas v Johnson. 1989 Supreme Court. Burning the flag is a form of political free speech. Whether he likes it or not. I don’t condone it but I’ll defend the right to do so. He’s teeing up more f’n lawsuits. More chaos more distraction.

I condone it and so should you. The flag is just a symbol. We are actually more free the more flags we can burn and not have our government affected by bullshit and irrelevant nonsense. If the flag isn't free to burn then we are.
