Plastic surgery improving one's appearance absent a traumatic injury or birth defect is cosmetic. I don't want taxes to pay for cosmetic trmts. like facial hair removal, breast implants or facial bone/cartilage trimming, etc. unless I get the same options to have my cosmetic surgery paid for as well

Laser hair removal absolutely is cosmetic, as is breast enhancement or reduction, & trimming of cartilage or bone to enhance one's appearance. Wanna modify your body? Fine. Pay for it yourself. Trans ppl have obviously existed long b4 these modern procedures came into vogue.
