The fisherman was 15 kms north of the border when CG rammed his boat, caused it to overturn, then arrested him soaking wet. Coast Guard claims he hit them. Sure. 60 yr old fisherman in a 10-foot fishing boat attacked armed federal agents. Trump testing how far he can violate Canadian sovereignty.
