There is zero chance of Obama being arrested because SCOTUS has already said no official act of a serving POTUS can be the grounds for a criminal prosecution. Trump doesn't want to RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES

As I understand it, they never defined what makes an act “official”, which might be what 🍊🤡💩 intends to determine. TBH, I’m over SCOTUS at this point. There’s a few good apples left, but not enough to make applesauce.

An official act will be an act that lies in the purview (or in this case Pervert's view) of POTUS in the exercise of their official duties As a pardon can only be an official act it will protect Trump and - as importantly - anyone who colluded or conspired with him to pervert the course of justice
