This is not a grant; it's a shakedown bailout. Where did this money come from? Did Congress approve this? Is this part of the 'Sovereign Wealth Fund' that none of us asked or voted for?

It was my understanding that this was awarded under the Chips and Sciences Act, and trump used the funding for leverage after SCOTUS sanctioned his extortion using funds allocated by the previous Congress.

If he's going to start taking over companies, he should use eminent domain to seize SpaceX and Palantir which have been mostly & largely funded by the U.S. govt, respectively, and are both security risks in the hands of individuals or corporations.
