the Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to vote.. it's the governments legal responsibility to promote access to all -- not to make it harder..

Exactly! I can’t hammer these two points hard enough. 1. The Constitution explicitly grants election authority to the states. 2. Voter ID does nothing to secure elections. ID fraud is real.
