Scooter Libby went to prison for doing the same thing. We will have to wait for an honest DOJ before Gabbard can be put behind bars.

Remember Scooter Libby? Both Bush (in limited fashion) and then the Rump (no holds barred) pardoned him .. for basically the same crime. Still, what the hell, hope she does get prosecuted. If not now, at some point. They all need to be labeled the criminals that they are.
Covert agents are meant to stay that way bc exposure of their identities can get them kidnapped, tortured, or killed, and every single confidential informant, asset, family member, or friend who has been seen with them in their previous undercover work is likewise put into life and death jeopardy.
Exposing a NOC agent will get an entire network of intelligence assets wiped out and potentially spill classified secrets which seriously damage US national security. Gabbard has now done that and intentionally.
Exposing an undercover federal agent is a federal crime, in violation of the "Intelligence Identities Protection Act," passed in 1982 and signed into law by President Reagan.
And this isn't the first time the govt has done it. Recall the intentional exposure of Joe Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame.
