Unless he is bedridden he can testify....people with Parkinsons can do a lot with proper treatment which i am sure Mueller is getting.

Parkinson's goes along with Alzheimers/dementia. I suspect that's why he can't testify....and it's just kinder to say Parkinson's.

Well, you don't know me at all. I am the daughter of a Parkinsons patient and the wife of a Parkinsons patient. I am very aware of this disease and all it entails. Kindness and compassion for those with Parkinsons doesn't mean we believe they no longer contribute to society.
