I’m assuming you’d agree that in SCOTUS the U.S. has a highest legal body. Are you very gently and politely suggesting that SCOTUS rulings are not materially influenced by law? No disagreement. Just struck by your mild framing of what would in normal times be an extraordinary and radical claim.
