5. Our founders ban President from taking domestic emoluments to reduce bribery, tyranny. George Washington could run his huge domestic business empire while President because his businesses existed before Constitution was ratified. His domestic businesses were protected by ex post facto clause.
6. Washington should have been put in prison for taking foreign emoluments without permission of Congress. Founders did not want President to be able to run a domestic business empire while also being able to regulate value of money and have power to tariff. Wanted to reduce bribery, tyranny.
7. Would like Amendment to Constitution to give each State 3 US Senators - 2 chosen by the people and 1 by State legislature. State Legislatures should be able to fire US Senators they choose whenever they want & pick replacements. They would again have say dealing with judges on US Supreme Court.
8 Tariffs, graduated sales taxes negotiated by Congress as part of trade agreements may be used to reduce poverty in our country and other countries help reduce national debt, Global warming, inflation, human trafficking while increasing buying power money and help fund Social Security
