3 Would it be constitutional for Congress to create a Declare War and Military Draft Board with 12 members picked by President and US Senate turned into minor player with just Advice and Consent and US House of Representatives having no say on Declaring War and Military Draft? No
4 USA is not a Democracy. Democracy is tyranny of the poorly educated mob that likes being poorly educated. USA is Federal Republic which is supposed to have Republican Form of Government. It does not.
5 USA does not have 3 coequal branches of government. Most powerful branch of federal government is Congress and most powerful part of Congress is US Senate and our founders wanted powers of US Senate controlled by State legislatures.
6 Many US Senators that were chosen by State legislatures were extremely corrupt. Democrats thought they would make things better by having people pick US Senators. They ended up making things over 100 times worse. They took away the ability of State legislatures to stop tyranny.
7 State legislatures lost ability to choose judges on US Supreme Court and lost ability to have say on Declaring War, tariffs, regulation of banks and investment companies.
8 Amendment to Constitution - people should have power to fire President, Vice President, Speaker of US House of Representatives, Secretary of State of USA, judges on US Supreme Court.
9 Amendment to Constitution - allow each State to have 3 US Senators - 2 chosen by the people and 1 by State legislature. Allow State legislatures to fire US Senators they choose whenever they want and pick replacements.
10 Amendment to Constitution - state legislatures should have power to fire President, Vice President, Speaker of US House of Representatives, Secretary of State of USA, judges on US Supreme Court.
