Leftists, not progressives! I ran for once, saw up close & personal how badly the Electoral deck is stacked against meaningful change. The Capitalists will never allow us to vote them out of power; even if we DID somehow win enough seats, they will use violence before giving up.
They already are. They’ve jumped the shark, and so I think we can safely say they can not be trusted with Democracy. I think we also need to be clear: you can’t be a leftist and a neolib. We can now drop the pretense that Dems are leftist. Most are not.
