Unfortunately, THIS Supreme Court might just let him get away with pardoning himself, though I wouldn't be surprised if that lead to a Mussolini ending. Of course, that assumes he isn't already a corpse getting "Weekend at Bernie's"-ed.

Either way, there is just no chance of him ending up in prison. The soonest any criminal prosecution could *begin* would be 2029, when he’s 83. All he has to do is run out the clock, and between procedural delays and his progressing cognitive issues, that won’t be too hard.
