I still find it incredible that we have invited him... a new low for this country. I'm pretty certain if QE had still been alive, it would have never happened.

I’m tired of the mantra that our royals have no agency. Either they’re happy to host dictators, or they fear that refusal will turn people against them, and perhaps end their centuries of privilege. Either of these is morally abhorrent. They should just do what is right instead of dining with devils

Failure to do anything worthwhile. QE2 spent 70 years proving we don't need a head of state, least of all a hereditary one with squabbling kids and paedo uncle.
