I thought it was due to lesbian becoming increasingly defined as "NOT attracted to me", as opposed to "IS attracted to women"... so yes probably

Isn't sapphic just an adjective? Like, i use dykey, lesbionic, and sapphic interchangeably, but one of those three is an actual word.
